Biography

Tao Zou has served as our director since December 2016, and as the vice chairman of the board of directors since December 2018. Mr. Zou joined Kingsoft Group in 1998 and currently serves as an executive director and the chief executive officer at Kingsoft Group. Mr. Zou served as a director at Xunlei Limited (Nasdaq: XNET) from 2016 to 2020, and also serves as a director at Cheetah Mobile (NYSE: CMCM), a chairman of KSO (SSE: 688111) and a director of 21Vianet Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNET). Mr. Zou received a bachelor’s degree in science from Nankai University in 1997.
