Biography

Shouxing Liang currently serves as our chief operating officer. Mr. Liang joined us in 2015 and served as our senior vice president in charge of management of our public cloud and overseas strategies. Prior to joining us, Mr. Liang served as manager of northern China at Qiniu Cloud from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Liang was a senior director of CC Video from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Liang served as a director of the industry department at ChinaCache (Nasdaq: CCIH) from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Liang received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Fuzhou University in 2000.
